Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is to the UK mainland only. We use ParcelForce48 which is fully tracked.

 

MIRROR SHIPPING

All mirrors are supplied through a 3^rd party company, and will be delivered within 7 working days, anywhere on the UK mainland.

Delivery of mirrors shall take place at the address specified by the Buyer, on the date specified by the Seller. The buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods, once contacted on the phone number provided by the buyer to Kandy Dance Co, whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Delivery excludes weekends.

 

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must have NO visible signs of wear or use. They must be complete, and returned in the original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return postage, using online tracking.
