We hope you love your Kandy Dance Co. order! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our returns and refund policy below before sending anything back.
🕒 Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period.
🎁 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must contact us first before returning any item.

🔄 Exemptions & Partial Refunds
We do not accept returns on:
- Personalised or made-to-order items (unless they are faulty or damaged)
- Digital products (e.g. tutorials or downloads)
- Sale or clearance items
Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for:
- Items returned not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days (depending on your bank/card provider).
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria above.
🕵️ Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — some processing time may apply

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@kandydanceco.com and send your item to:

📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return postage may be deducted.
- For items over £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
